Hi, I’m KELLY.

My name is Kelly Delp – I’m a pastor, communications consultant, writer, and coach.

I grew up in church and was involved in ministry from a young age, which at the beginning mostly included worship leading and songwriting. When I was 26, I graduated from university with my degree in English Education and immediately moved to Paris, France as part of a team to launch a new international church in the west suburbs of Paris. I spent 11 years there, serving as a worship leader, associate pastor, and finally as lead pastor of The Bridge International Church. My years there were formative – I failed and succeeded in ways I never dreamed. 

In 2019 I met a guy on a dating app and we had the dreamiest first date in Paris. Little did I know I was falling for a guy on (quite literally) the other side of the planet. We did a tiny COVID wedding in February, 2021 in Kelowna, BC and it was there, at the age of 37, I became a wife and a stepmom to our son. I went back to Paris to close down my life there and discovered our daughter was on her way. 

Our daughter Eliana joined our family November of 2021 and our daughter Audrey joined us in January 2024. 

In the middle of navigating our blended family life, I joined the staff at Evangel Church in Kelowna as Discipleship Pastor specializing in strategic initiatives for spiritual formation.

My Approach

I don’t have a ‘plug and play’ communication method. Each client is assessed as an individual, and we’ll talk through your strengths and growth opportunities. We’ll work together to see immediate improvement in your communication skills and messaging consistency.
